Where is the event located?
Where can I buy tickets?
Official Tickets for the AZ Jazz Fest event are sold exclusively via azjazzfest.com.
All Attendees Must Have a Ticket. Tickets are non-refundable.
Can I purchase Tickets from a 3rd party Seller?
NO. Any ticket sales through 3rd party sellers are unauthorized.
When should I expect my tickets be delivered?
Tickets will be delivered 48 hours prior to the event.
How do I select the payment plan option?
On the website during checkout, you can find the option by adding the desired tickets to your cart from the event page and clicking Buy Tickets. Once you get to your check out screen you will find a blue button that says + Use payment plan under your order summary on the left-hand side of your checkout screen.
How do I process a payment while on a payment plan?
Once you have updated your credit card information, Friendly Sky will attempt to process your payment up to 5 days after the initial installment was due . If that payment does not go through we will attempt it again in 5 days after the previous attempt, if that attempt does not go through your payment plan will be canceled. If you would like your payment processed immediately please contact the box office at 602-244-8444.
How do I view my payment plan schedule?
To manage your payment plan please follow the steps below:
- Log In to your Friendly Sky Account
- Hover over your user menu with your initials displayed in the upper right
- Click My Orders
- Click the event card that your payment plan is under
- Click on the blue ‘Payment Plan Active’ hyperlink that will expand your payment plan details
How do I cancel my payment plan?
You can actually cancel your payment plan directly through your Friendly Sky account. Please note that once you do cancel your payment plan we will not be able to refund you for the payments that have already been made, per our strict purchase policy.
Are there any late fees?
There is a 5-day grace period for late payments. After 5 days the account will be assessed a $50 late payment fee.
Defaulted Plan: A payment plan is considered in default if payments are more than 15 days late. Once in default, reservations are placed on hold, and the reservation will require a $175.00 reinstatement fee plus all payments paid up to date in order to remove the default status.
Cancellation for non-payment: If after 30 days the default status has not been remedied, Company has the right to cancel the reservation and the customer forfeits all monies paid to the Company.

What happens after I purchase a ticket?
Your confirmation email is not your admission ticket; you will receive your mobile ticket(s) at a later date and you will receive both an email & text when tickets are sent out. If you have any questions, please contact us.
When do doors open?
Entry gate schedule is coming soon, stay tuned!
Can bring my own chair to the event?
Any type of portable or foldable chair is NOT permitted into the event.
Is there re-entry for the event?
Re-entry upon exit is NOT permitted.
Do you have a clear bag policy?
The AZ JAZZ FEST has a clear bag policy as follows: Approved Clear Bags :
A clear plastic or vinyl PVC bag that does not exceed 12″ X 6″ X 12″
(such as a Ziploc or Hefty bag).
All bags will be inspected by security upon entry.
(Exceptions will be made for approved medical bags or equipment, which will be inspected by security prior to entering.)
What items are prohibited?
FOR EVERYONE’S ENJOYMENT AND SAFETY, THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT PERMITTED:
-Outside Food or Beverage
-Alcohol
-Illegal Substances
-Seating or Umbrellas
-Weapons of Any Kind
-Professional Cameras / Audio Recording Devices
-Backpacks
-Strollers
-Bags or Purses That Are Not Clear
-Animals
What are the age restrictions to attend?
There are no age restrictions but every person needs to purchase a ticket in order to enter, including children.
Will there be food and drinks for purchase?
Yes! We will have an amazing food menu for you to choose from. Also! This event is being held in a shopping center where the restaurants will have delicious food for sale.
What is included with a Cabaret Ticket?
Cabaret Tickets include one meal per day and three drink tickets per person. Drink tickets can be used for beverages available at the bar (coke, water, alcohol) and are limited to the Cabaret menu. Please note, these are not applicable at festival vendors.
Are Cabaret Tickets refundable or exchangeable?
No, Cabaret Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. They hold no monetary value.
How do I ensure I receive my meal?
Meals must be ordered in advance. You will receive an email with instructions on how to complete your meal order. If you do not fill out the required information, you forfeit your meal entitlement.
Is there a policy on responsible drinking?
Yes, please drink responsibly. The festival promotes a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees.
How do I become a vendor for the event?
If you’re interested in becoming a vendor, please email: vendors@azjazzfest.com.
Do you take credit card and/or cash?
This is a cashless event. Please bring your credit and debit cards for purchases.
What accesibility options do you offer?
The AZ JAZZ FEST strives to reasonably accommodate the special needs of the patrons who attend our events.

Is AZ JAZZFEST Affiliated with Music Getaways?
No. AZ JAZZFEST has no affiliation with Warren Hill or Music Getaways.
What is the Event Cancellation Policy?
CANCELLATIONS
The Event has a very strict cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
Payments for the Event are Non-refundable. If You decide not to attend, or are prohibited from attending due to illness, travel delays, or any reasons whatsoever, Company is under no obligation to refund any monies received from You.
The Company shall not provide nor be responsible to provide any refunds for unused tickets, or cancellations for those who do not show up in time for any or part of the event for any reason whatsoever after the start of Event. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
