Where is the event located?

AZ Jazz Fest is located at High Street 5415 E High St, Phoenix, AZ 85054. High Street is an outdoor venue. High Street which is located near the intersection of Loop 101 and SR 51 in North Phoenix. Easily accessible from Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix and the entire metropolitan area.
This location is an outdoors shopping center. The event is rain or shine.

Where can I buy tickets?

Official Tickets for the AZ Jazz Fest event on High Street are sold exclusively via azjazzfest.com. Purchasing tickets from any third party reseller (StubHub, Vivid Seats, Seat Geek, Ticketfly, Craigslist, etc.) is done at the sole risk of the buyer and is not recommended. We are unable to guarantee or verify validity of tickets purchased from a third party.
All Attendees Must Have a Ticket. Tickets are non-refundable.

 What happens after I purchase a ticket?

Print-at-Home/E-Tickets will be emailed to you via the emailed provided in the online order after you make your purchase. We are currently in the process of emailing your tickets to you. 

Where are my seats located?

The AZ JAZZ FEST at High Street is a reserved seating venue.
You are not able to select your actual seating. Your seats are assigned according to the date & time that your order is placed.
If you are coming with a group, it is best that you purchase your tickets together in order to be seated with your group otherwise, we can not promise seating together.

What is the capacity of the event?

AZ JAZZ FEST at High Street as a capacity of 1,650 and is a great venue to see all of your favorite performers.

When do doors open?

The entry gates are scheduled to open at 3:00 pm On Friday and at 11:00 am On Saturday and Sunday. Show Time on Friday is at 4:00 pm & on Saturday and Sunday is 12:00 noon.
VIP Early Entry times are based on the VIP package purchased, when applicable. Refer to your VIP package email for early entry time(s) and instructions.

All shows will conclude by 10 pm, in accordance with the City of Phoenix curfew on amplified sound.

Can bring my own chair to the event?

Any type of portable or foldable chair is NOT permitted into the event.

Is there re-entry for the event?

Re-entry upon exit is NOT permitted.

Do you have a clear bag policy?

The AZ JAZZ FEST has a clear bag policy as follows: Approved Clear Bags :
A clear plastic or vinyl PVC bag that does not exceed 12″ X 6″ X 12″
(such as a Ziploc or Hefty bag).
All bags will be inspected by security upon entry.
(Exceptions will be made for approved medical bags or equipment, which will be inspected by security prior to entering.)

What items are prohibited?

FOR EVERYONE’S ENJOYMENT AND SAFETY, THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT PERMITTED:
-Outside Food or Beverage
-Alcohol
-Illegal Substances
-Seating or Umbrellas
-Weapons of Any Kind
-Professional Cameras / Audio Recording Devices
-Backpacks
-Strollers
-Bags or Purses That Are Not Clear
-Animals

Is parking available at the event?

Complimentary Self-Parking is located along High Street and in the 53rd/54th St. Parking Garage.

What are the age restrictions to attend?

There are no age restrictions but every person needs to purchase a ticket in order to enter, including children.

Will there be food and drinks for purchase?

Yes! We will have an amazing food menu for you to choose from. Also! This event is being held in a shopping center where the restaurants will have delicious food for sale.

Do you take credit card and/or cash?

This is a cashless event. Please bring your credit and debit cards for purchases.

What accesibility options do you offer?

The AZ JAZZ FEST strives to reasonably accommodate the special needs of the patrons who attend our events.
